ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

Before joining Serene Pathways, Rachael worked at a non-profit organization counseling adults who have experienced domestic violence. She has also worked at a variety of schools, helping children, as well as adolescents, navigate challenging stressors and emotions. She has experience working with children and adults of diverse backgrounds.

 

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, she is compassionate about working through difficult emotions with clients while providing treatment to unique individuals. Rachel offers her clients a secure, accepting environment in which they can express their thoughts and emotions freely, without judgment. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Her goal is to always support her clients in cultivating awareness of the challenges we confront in life, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and living happier, more fulfilled lives. 

 

Rachael received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State Polytechnic University.
