• Can therapy help me?

A good therapist can help you cope with feelings, problem-solve and change behavior patterns that may contribute to your symptoms.

What will people think of me if I go to therapy?

First, who is going to know?  You decide if and who you tell.  We strive to keep confidentiality and barring, for example, you or others being in danger, your decision to share about coming in is yours.  Sadly, we tend to focus on and worry about what others think of us.  Imagine getting to a place where this is less of a concern.
