Licensed Clinicians (Associates may be considered)

  Job Description 

 Full-time clinical therapist will provide outpatient individual, family, and group therapy to clients of Serene Pathways Counseling.     

Minimum Qualification Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work

•  Active, unrestricted, and fully licensed (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT) in the State of California 

•  Caseload varies per contract, minimum 15 sessions per week.  Fuller-time staff get PTO and Healthcare options too.

•  Approved as an in-network provider on at least one Serene Pathways Counseling-affiliated insurance panel.  We will help with this if needed.
