Jeny Rae Vidal’s holistic approach to therapy and wellness combines trauma-informed psychological methods with eco-psychology, mindfulness, and somatic practices, creating a comprehensive framework for healing and personal growth. She believes that the body, mind, and soul are intricately connected and that incorporating embodied practices in therapy can facilitate profound healing by addressing trauma and emotions stored in the body, ultimately fostering a deeper self-awareness and sustainable change.

Before joining Serene Pathways, Jeny Rae worked as a Yoga teacher and circle facilitator in both the Pacific Northwest and Southern California. She also serves as a lead trainer with Teen Talking Circles, acts as a community advocate in Pomona, and mentors new Yoga teachers. With 22 years dedicated to spiritual practice, Jeny Rae brings depth and wisdom to her therapeutic work. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley, and is a certified Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) and breathwork facilitator.

Jeny Rae’s lived experience shape her worldview, informing her understanding of intersectionality and the importance of inclusivity in her practice. This awareness drives her commitment to creating spaces that honor diverse experiences and foster healing, resilience, and empowerment for all. Through her work, Jeny invites individuals to explore their inner landscapes, reclaim their power, and engage in meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
