CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Doris obtained her Masters'degree in Marriage & Family Therapy Counseling, with a Multicultural Concentration from University of the West, a program informed by Buddhist values. She has worked with individuals, children, adolescents, families, and couples from all walks of life with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Doris specializes in treating trauma, mood disorders, and problem behaviors in children through mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, positive parenting strategies, and other strength-based interventions with psychodynamic conceptualization. She strives to provide optimal care, support, and full access to life experiences to assist clients in gaining insight, empowering and strengthening their minds together to survive, thrive, and shine.
