QA COORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Dedra comes to Serene as a QA Assistant with a background of more than 10 years in Quality Improvement. Her experience ranges from Office Administration (both front line and supervisory) to Quality Improvement Manager for an agency providing mental health services to children in 6 clinics. Her administrative background comes from support within government agencies such as Transitional Assistance, the Department of Social Services, the Sheriff’s Department, and the Fire Department. Her goal is to aid and support this organization in its continued effectiveness in assisting individuals with their struggles.
