ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

Ashley has experience working in public and private schools across Southern California as well as a Department of Mental Health agency. She has helped and supported students, individuals, and families work through various struggles and difficulties. She provides a non-judgmental space for all of her clients to openly share and comfortably process their thoughts and feelings.

Ashley supports her clients through client-centered therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused CBT. She has experience helping clients who have experienced trauma and those struggling with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Ashley is continuing to strengthen her clinical skills through supervision and her own research to continue to provide a compassionate and growth-centered environment for clients from various backgrounds

She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

Ashley practices under the supervision of Jake Kurily, LMFT.
