Amy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with 6 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in community mental health. Additionally, Amy also has experience providing trainings and presentations in the community about mental health topics. Her main treatment areas in therapy include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, and interpersonal conflict. She also has experience with working with individuals who have autism. Amy has a passion of working with those who have experienced grief and loss as she strives to journey alongside anyone who has experienced a death of a loved one or any other loss in life. 

 Amy strives to provide a collaborative, strengths-based, culturally sensitive approach to journey through the pain to find healing, comfort, and hope. 

Amy received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and her Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology: Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University. She is certified in the following evidence based practices: Managing and Adaptive Practice (MAP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies and TV shows, going to concerts, and attending kickboxing classes.
