With a background in community mental health, Linda has worked with individuals, children, and families from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and is bilingual in Mandarin and English. Using an eclectic approach, Linda utilizes cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, play, and solution-focused approaches to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall functioning.
She has experience treating a variety of presenting issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, life transitions, communication and relational issues, and parenting difficulties. As a therapist, Linda strives to foster a safe and client-centered environment where clients can freely explore their emotions and access their internal and external resources to heal and make lasting changes.
Linda obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California, Riverside.
